Hello, World!

I’m Marco and this is my new (and also the first) blog! I tried, more than once, to start blogs in the past, but I never found the motivations, or maybe contents themselves. This time I’ve got something to write about and I’ll do my best to be constant (famous last words 😅).

So, the main topic of this blog will be my new adventure in GNU/Linux. I’m not new to the GNU/Linux world, I’ve been using it from 2010 if I remember well. Starting from Ubuntu, of course, I’ve then tried some other distros and finally settled to Arch Linux (btw…). I used to use Gnome 2, then switched to Mate when Gnome 3 was released, then to KDE Plasma shortly before Plasma 5 was released. And that’s it, I’ve been using Arch Linux with Plasma 5 for years, and it works great! But now I want to try something different and I want to contribute in some way to its development.

The distro I’m gonna install is… GNU Guix!!!
